About Mount to Coast
Mount to Coast is a technical running brand rooted in long-distance running. We design footwear for runners who want to go beyond the traditional marathon and push the limits of distance.
Each Mount to Coast shoe is designed with a specific purpose, from daily training and road running to trail running and ultra-distance racing.
We recommend reviewing the product details on each shoe's product page to find the model that best suits your running, terrain and goals.

You can find detailed information about each Mount to Coast model in the main menu bar under "Shop" and each individual product page, including its intended activity, cushioning, stability, weight and key features will be listed there.
Sizing
We recommend measuring your feet and using our Size Guide [ click here ] to find the appropriate size.
For the most accurate measurement, measure your feet at the end of the day, when they are at their largest due to swelling.
If your foot measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for greater comfort.
If one foot is larger than the other, use the measurements of your larger foot when selecting your size.
Our complete Size Guide includes men's and women's US, UK, European and centimetre sizing, together with instructions for measuring your feet.
Orders & Shipping
We currently deliver throughout South Africa.
At this stage, Mount to Coast South Africa does not offer international shipping.
We offer a flat shipping rate of R100 on all orders delivered within South Africa.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mounttocoast.co.za.
We will do our best to assist, but once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Returns & Exchanges
If you change your mind about your purchase or the product is not the right fit, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product:
- Has not been worn outside or used;
- Is in its original condition;
- Is returned with its original packaging, labels and accessories;
- Has not been damaged, altered or washed; and
- Is in a condition that allows it to be resold.

Yes. If you have ordered the incorrect size, you may request an exchange, subject to stock availability and the requirements of our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Size exchanges are free of return and replacement delivery charges.
If your requested replacement size is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
All returns and exchanges must be logged via our Returns Portal, and our team will assess your query the moment we get notified.
Please do not send a product back before logging it via the Returns Portal.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Returns and size exchanges are free for the customer.
Sale and discounted products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be made using the original payment method.
Once a refund has been approved and processed, it may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment provider or card issuer.
